At the free initial consultation, we will take a tour of the spaces you want to declutter / organize. If you have a vision for the spaces, great. Be ready to share that with me. If you are overwhelmed by the spaces, we will work together to make the spaces function for you. 

If you have multiple areas that you want to revitalize, we will focus on one space at a time. I will provide you with an estimate of how many sessions it may take in total and after listening to you and asking probing questions, we will decide together the order in which we will work. 

The initial consultation will take around 30-40 minutes. Expect me to take "before" photographs of the spaces, so no tidying is necessary.

Consultations are by appointment Mondays through Thursdays from 6-7 or 7-8

Please have trash bags,  three empty bins or boxes, and a step stool available.

Ensure safe conditions.  Unload firearms and store them under lock and key.  Pets may need to be Arrange for house cleaning services, if necessary. (When decluttering and organizing, I will perform light cleaning such as dusting shelves / cabinets before re-stocking, but major cleaning and vacuuming responsibilities lie with the homeowner.)

If we are working together as a team, the fee is $50 per hour.

If I am working alone, the fee is  $75 per hour.

Once we have your spaces manageable, I offer a quarterly refresh. During this 3 hour session, we will spend approximately 20-30 minutes per space for up to 8 spaces.  We will reevaluate each space to determine how the systems are functioning. If new systems need to be established, this will likely impact the number of spaces that can be refreshed. The quarterly refresh charge is $100. If more than 3 hours is necessary, each additional hour is $35 / hour.
